Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi has said, “Teachers of Delhi government have been at the forefront of COVID19 related duties ever since the first lockdown in March, 2020 at the time no one was preferring to go outside their place. They have rendered their services whenever the District Administration asked them to do so.”

With all the farmers’ protest against the government Delhi is already going through a lot, amidst Delhi government schools opened up for 12th and 10th standard but here is a sigh of relief, Manish Sisodia said that there are no plans to reopen Delhi government schools after visiting few of the schools.

He further mentioned that Board practical exams dates are already out and that we are not expecting students to appear in exams suddenly without any preparations. There will be an NOC signed by the parents whose children are visiting schools to make sure that students visit school with their parent’s permission.

There is further information delivered by Deputy Chief Minister Sisodia that there are no plans to cancel admissions of nursery students this year. "Though admissions for Nursery classes have been delayed, we are not canceling the admission process," he said.
